Spring Spectacular

Please mark your calendars for the 3rd annual Spring Spectacular 2010 Family Event and Silent Auction fundraiser scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2010 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. This year, we are celebrating the completion of our second building and additional space by expanding our event. Come join us for an amazing evening!

We will have many of our old favorites and plenty of new attractions, sure to become favorites, too: Inflatable Bungee run, Inflatable slide, 3 additional inflatables, rock wall, DJ and participation contests, teacher dunk tank, face painting and balloon animals, San Tan Regional Park Critter Corral, Scholastic Buy 1 Get 1 Free book fair, Pinal County Sheriff & K-9 demonstration, Rural Metro Fire truck and ambulance explore, student entertainment, carnival games, and more.

We are proud to announce that Rawhide Restaurant will be on site providing delicious grilled dinners!  You will have the option to purchase hotdog, BBQ chicken sandwich, or BBQ pork sandwich meals for a low price, with a portion of the proceeds being given back to Edu-Prize. We will have many lines available for fast service. Cotton candy, popcorn, drinks and other treats will be available for purchase. Student council members will also be selling Snow Cones.

PTN will be hosting our annual Silent Auction with amazing class baskets for you to bid on. All classrooms (K-8) have entered a basket into the auction. The class with the top selling basket receives a special party after the event. We have many amazing baskets to fit a variety of budgets-just a few to name: Disney package, Southwest Airline package, Book Lover's package, Spring Cleaning package, Spa packages and more. Details about our class baskets, auction rules and registration coming soon. Pictures and descriptions will be posted before the event for you to "window shop." Funds raised by our silent auction will be used to expand our Reading Counts program in each classroom.

Wristbands will be available for purchase at the door: $10 gets your whole family into the event! Tickets and food also available for purchase at the event. Watch for more information to come home by school newsletter, and of course, by our website.

Silent Auction:
Please visit our Silent Auction in the Building 2 Gym. You may register for bidding in advance by downloading and completing the Bidder Registration form, and sending into school (then just pick up your Bidder number at the event). You may also register to bid at the event. Open bidding will take place until 7:15 p.m. Silent bids will be accepted until 7:30 p.m. Bidding is closed at 7:30 p.m. Highest bid will win the basket. Winners will be announced at the event. All proceeds directly go to EDUPRIZE PTN and are used to support the students' education at our school. Thank you for your support. Take a look at our baskets!
